AnimGen Privacy Policy

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how AnimGen collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal information when you use the Service.

Optional Product Research

If you separately opt in during signup, GeekArt Inc. may email you about your AnimGen experience and occasionally invite you to product research. Participation is optional, does not affect your account or normal signup benefits, and is not required to use the Service. Agreeing to our Terms or registering without selecting this option does not subscribe you.

We record your account and email address, your choice, its time and source, and the version and language of the notice you saw. We may use relevant feature and generation activity to select suitable research participants, and use replies to understand and improve the product. This permission does not include promotional offers or newsletters, or require you to accept an interview, share private project files, or agree to recording.

We use Resend to deliver research invitations and manage email preferences, providing the contact information and subscription status needed for that purpose. Replies go to our company support mailbox. Research contact exports do not include your prompts, images, generated files, or payment details.

You can withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link in a research email or by contacting [email protected], including before you receive your first invitation. Withdrawing does not stop account verification, security, billing, or other necessary service emails.

We retain an active research preference while it is needed for the research contact you agreed to. After withdrawal, we retain limited consent, withdrawal, and sending records as needed to document your choice and avoid contacting you again. Research replies are retained only while needed to investigate feedback and improve the product, subject to applicable obligations and deletion requests.
