AnimGen Refund Policy

AnimGen sells subscriptions and one-time Credit packs for AI video generation, animation editing, and game asset export workflows.

Payments may be processed by a third-party merchant of record, including Paddle or Dodo Payments. The payment provider may apply its own consumer terms, tax handling, billing communication, and refund process.

Refund requests are reviewed based on the payment status, whether Credits have been consumed, whether generation or export jobs have completed, and applicable consumer law.

• Unused Credit packs or recently started subscriptions may be eligible for review.
• Consumed Credits, completed generation jobs, completed exports, and third-party provider costs already incurred are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
• Promotional, free, trial, or granted Credits have no cash value and are not refundable.

You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current paid period or remove access before the period ends.

If a subscription was purchased by mistake, contact us promptly with your account email and transaction details so we can review the request.

AnimGen provides digital services. Credits are delivered to your account, and generated outputs are digital files such as MP4 videos, PNG frame exports, spritesheet PNG/JSON files, and Unity export packs.

Because third-party AI generation and media processing costs may be incurred as soon as a job starts, refund eligibility can be reduced after Credits are used.

Email [email protected] with your account email, payment transaction ID or receipt, purchase date, and the reason for the request.

If a third-party payment provider is merchant of record for your purchase, we may direct you to that provider's support team or coordinate with the provider to review the request.

We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days after receiving the required information. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible.
